Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns.  

If you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) first about the location of your order based on the tracking number given on the My account page.  Additional postal charges may apply for us to reship if the order is returned to us for insufficient or incorrect address.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us through our website Contact Us including your order number and how it was damaged.  We will determine whether a replacement order or refund will be issued.

If there is a material defect in our products, please contact us through our website Contact Us and provide as much information as you can about the defect.
